Replacement Axles

These replacement axles fit  The Model Car Project’s Premium Custom 1/64 Wheels and are great for building or restoring your 1/64 scale customs. They may also work with other wheels that use similar axle types.

• 2x Axles for 1/64 scale builds (one type per set!):
• ➤ Flex Axle: 2x, 35 mm each
• ➤ Rod Axle: 2x, 35 mm each
• ➤ Pipe Axle: 2x, 25 mm each

• ➤ Flex Axle – Standard Method:
  Best for stanced builds. This axle is always included in The Model Car Project’s Premium Custom 1/64 Wheels .

• ➤ Rod Axle – EASY Method:
  Great for beginners. Quick and easy to install, usually without stance. Also works as a pin replacement together with the Flex Axle. Currently included in all  The Model Car Project’s Premium Custom 1/64 Wheels .

• ➤ Pipe Axle – Old School Method:
  No longer recommended, but still used by some model builders. Stance is possible by bending stock Hot Wheels pins.
